Genesis 25-36

After Abraham’s death we follow the footsteps of his son Isaac and his divided sons, Jacob and Esau. Here God’s sovereign and surprising mercy and blessing shine. Here we find that our story, of being pilgrims of trust, makes sense in the big story. Through the line of the patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) will come the one who brings the blessing of salvation (Jesus).
