Through God's grace and for his glory, we want to live for Jesus, by God's Spirit & Word, in today's world, and especially in Coley Park

Praying             Lk 11v1-13, Jn 15v5, Acts1v14

Walking with and depending on our gracious God individually and as a church family, especially by regularly praying together.

Witnessing             Acts 11 v19-21, Philip 2v14-16a, Titus 2v9-15

Communicating (by our words and deeds) to those around us, and especially to Coley Park, about Jesus the Lord and saviour with the aim of saving lost people.

Discipling             Mt 28v18-20, Acts 2v42, 2Tim 3v15-17, Lk 14v25-33

Teaching God's Word, the Bible (which authoritatively teaches all we need to know about Christian belief and behaviour) with the aim of following what the Lord says in his word in all of our lives.

Mission Supporting             Mt 28v18-20, Acts 13v1-3, Col 4v3,4

Giving our interest and concern, money and prayer to support those involved in reaching the world with the good news of Jesus.

Caring             1Pet 4v7-11, 1Jn 3v16-18, Rom 12v3-21, Mt 5v13-16

Practically loving and, with our God-given abilities, serving others including the community of Coley Park.

Relating             Jn 17v20-24, 2Cor 8v1-5, 3Jn 9-11

Uniting and fellowshipping with other Churches and Christian organisations in the gospel of Jesus Christ and in particular with churches in the Fellowship of Independant Evangelical Churches (FIEC) and in Affinity.

Worshipping             1 Cor 10v31, Ps 16v11, Hebs 12v28, Js 4v7, Hebs 10v24,25 Acts 2v42, 1 Cor 9v22

Our chief end is glorifying and enjoying God together in all that we do and especially in our worship services. In our worship services we want to joyfully and reverently draw near to God and for him to draw near to us, and encourage one another, as we hear Gods Word applied to us today, regularly take communion and pray and sing to the Lord. We want our worship services to combine the best of the old with the best of the new in a contemporary style so as to connect with as many people as possible.
