4) THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

The Lord Jesus Christ is fully God as well as fully man. He was concieved by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life in obedience to God the Father. He taught the truth by the Father's Authority. He willingly took the place of sinners when he died on the cross, bearing God's punishment for their sin and redeeming them by the shedding of his blood. He Rose from the dead physically and ascended to heaven where he is glorified as Lord of all. He prays for his people in the prescence of his Father.

5) SALVATION

Out of sheer love, God has made a way for sinners to be saved. Salvation is offered to all but cannot be deserved or earned by us. It had to be purchased for us by the Lord Jesus Christ at the cost of his own suffering and death. God in his love forgives sinners whom he brings to repentance and faith. All who believe in Christ are made right with God by faith in Christ alone, are adopted into the family of God and recieve eternal life.
